    Mine are, just how much damage I've done to my self. You have to want to be clean more than wanting the addiction. I want to be clean simply so I can talk to women with confidence. I am not that dude that jacks off all the time.

    Also I like the idea of holding on to my man juice. Even if the idea that it makes you more motivated and active to seek out real girls turns out to be nothing more than bro science, it's a nice thing to hold in your head that way you don't get the urge to act out.

    Yea. Keep busy and educating yourself so you remember WHY your not using porn when those urges arrive.

  3. My “Rec J (recovery journal). A notebook I carry and write my thoughts down in with no particular order or rhyme. Bullet lists, long-winded passages, random thoughts.

    Record keeping and planning. The reason for this is also the reason the three scientists won the Nobel prize in physiology and Medicine this year, our biological system has times when certain tendencies ar stronger, I've been working with my diet and sleep time and it helps both practically and I feel biologically. If you want to search and learn more look up keywords like circadian rhythm and chronobiology.

    Also the book Your Brain on Porn by Gary Wilson.
