Getting back on track after having sex?

    I stopped mastrubating completely but I still have sex around once a week, last time was yesterday. So this morning I felt a huge drop in motivation, I stayed in bed for like 12 hours because I didn´t find the motivation to get up and do stuff - this hasn´t happend in like a whole month. I know because of having sex my dopamine levels dropped and the vasotocin levels raised - is there a way to like "get back on track" the day after having sex? Next time after having sex the day after I will get up early, take a cold shower and go exercising immediately - I think this will help not losing my flow. You guys got any advice for me?
