Hey Guys, One week before i decided to NOFAP and then then yesterday i break the Challenge. Every time i starts NoFap and the same day after a week i loose. I can't get over a week, Please suggest me any ideas, tips...
A week is not a bad start. If you did a week, you can do ten days. When you learned to walk how far did you go before you fell. When you fell, I bet you didn't stay down and just roll and crawl like you had been doing. You fell, you got up, and you went farther. You laughed and celebrated your victories. Man up, and do this the same way. You did a week!
