Get away

    Just had a great long weekend away staying with friends, having fun and going on walks. I feel renewed as a result of it.

    I would recommend just spending a full long day out somewhere, have a walk, take some picnic food and a couple of friends you know well and have a laugh.

    It gave me time to evaluate myself and contemplate the future. Do it as regularly as you can.
