Is there a term for this, and if not, should we make one? I'm talking about going on a page/website specifically just to check out a girl (for example).

Possible upcoming triggers (not extreme - just words explaining what I'm talking about):

E.g.: I'm clicking through Facebook, just bored and waiting on a message from a friend. I see some female friend has posted a new picture of her at the beach. I click, I stare, I feel urges. It's not good.

Naturally, sometimes I do this more on purpose. I'm sitting at my laptop, my subconcious reminds me of that picture my ex posted once, so I look it up and just stare at it.

Or, I'm watching a video on Youtube, I notice a hot girl, find her name in the comments, then I Google her and just stare at pics of her dressed however.

You could say this is "looking at P subs" but maybe we should really define this action, so that we realize what we're really doing when we just check out a friend on Facebook. Because this action can easily lead to worse things, at least for me.

What do you guys think? Is there a term for this? Should we call it 'gazing'?

And, should we extend this to staring at girls in public also? E.g. walking behind them "enjoying the view"?

  2. You have no control over what you see on the street. I've adopted the policy that I can look at hot girls provided it's not rude.

Online, I'd be careful. I've quit Facebook years ago and never regretted. I'd say looking at anything sexy online can lead you to MB. You cannot do it on the street, but you'e probably done it in front of your computer.

Call it what you want, but down deep we all know when internet browsing transforms into the chase for PMO release. That seemingly innocuous image that we latch on to for a few extra seconds. It's a dangerous whirlpool that is best avoided at all costs. Get away as fast as you can!

After a point I think it's good to see women on the the street as attractive. But initially if it disrupts your no PMO progress I can see why, if it triggers youto want to.

You're absolutely right, and your post inspired me. I just quit Facebook after this evening's reset. I made a post saying that my phone wasn't working and so I couldn't use Messenger and left my email address for people to contact me.. Lame excuse I know lol. But I'm excited to see how it turns out. The reset was caused by browsing Youtube, but still, it will keep me from constantly checking my phone.

I can't not do this. You'd understand, if you lived in Brazil lol

  7. It is fascinating how different part of the body are considered the most attractive in different cultures. In Brazil it's the arse, in Europe and the US the breasts, in India the navel.
