    Hey Guys! I just decided today to stop PMO after doing it since i was 13. I'm 21 now I see that PMO have really drained me of my ambition and focus. I was really energetic, and charismatic when I was younger and I want to get that part of my personality back again! I am willing to do all that it takes!

    If you guys know where I can get information on how the brain reacts to porn or any other info on practical habits I could implement, I would be very grateful!
