Fresh meat for the "Non-Grinder"

Hi folks, My names Ant. I'm 27 and I live in the UK.
I'm not used to posting on forums and stuff so I guess I'll be blunt.
I've been alone for a long time. I have many faults and weaknesses but I believe the biggest cause for my solitude is masturbation. It's just another short term pleasure that prevents me from reaching my long term goal of having a deep, romantic relationship and a healthy sex life with one woman...whomever she may be. I mustn't stand in my own way anymore. I mustn't feel ashamed of myself anymore. Any help will be greatly appreciated and I personally guarantee, I will pay it forward.
