Frequent Urination?

Yes, I've noticed this, and yes it passes. I think this is due to sensitivity coming back and perhaps some semen that hasn't been released as frequently as you used to. I notice drinking alcohol/caffeine seems to make this condition way worse, even if it's just a couple beers or a soft drink. Don't be surprised if you have a wet dream in a week or so. Drink water, half your weight in ounces. Weigh 200lbs, drink 100 oz a day.

I have been urinating a lot recently, due to very strong urges to pee, but with not a lot coming out. I wake up in the morning and I desperately need to pee before I do anything else. I then eat, shower, pee, get dressed for work, pee, and leave for work. Yes, pee three times in the space of an hour before going to work. Also, before I go to bed, I pee. But then a mere hour or two later, I wake up and have to go again. Last night I actually wet the bed slightly before getting up to go. Johnny seems on the right track with the alcohol thing... I had a beer last Friday after work. Barely made it home. I had the shakes coming in the door.

All to say, I've noticed a huge change in the last week or so in this regard. If this is genuinely sensitivity returning, then I'm quite pleased. If a wet dream is on the way, then I'm also pleased. It's been damn near 40 days since I ejaculated.

 

I had my first wet dream a couple days ago, and I had been having the urge to pee sensation. Beware though, the next day I felt the urge to PMO, but it felt like a mix if true libido as well... The past 85 days I've been abstaining with a few relapses, and I had withdrawals, reversed my PIED, and O'd when a girl gave me a HJ after 3 minutes... I believe porn is the main culprit, but over masturbating kills sensitivity too. Most people need to cut it all out while fighting this addiction.

avoid coffee and alcohol, i guess drinking hot beverages can prevent this, and also keep yourself and your environment warm.

 

If you don't have obesity it's because you're quitting PMO. Your whole body is changing so let it be. Let's get all the toxic out. If I drink 1 glass of alcohol nowadays I need to pee for like 3 hours haha. I wouldn't worry about it. But I know it sucks when you need to pee and there is no area to do it haha.

I am about 70 days as well and still need to uronate in the middle of the night. Does this last a bit longer still you think on hard mode...

 

Are you stressed? It may be due to long periods of stress, or relief after a long period of stress. If so, consider seeing a doctor.

 

Yep, super stressed.

But i'm not going to take any anti-depressant or any medicine for that, it's just going to make it worst. Doctors can't cure stress.

 

That's not what I meant. Just see a doctor, hear how much time you may be in for with this condition, possible other options, etc.

He would just tell me to masturbate...

But btw...thi urination thing is part of the peocess, i had it in waves during the 240 days...

 

I am actually having the same symptoms as well. I am much earlier on than you. I do have some stress as well form work. Does the ruination wake you up in the middle of the night.

 

No, a few posts before I asked if you were under stress or had recently been under stress. Then I told you that stress can cause frequent urination. Either tell the doctor you're having to frequently urinate, or tell the doctor that you think that you're frequently urinating because of stress.
I meant, the problem may not be Nofap. Can't everything on Nofap. I have the same problem and I thought it was related to quitting PMO, but eventually I realized it was a combination of relief from a stressful period in my life coupled with a new, different kind of stress.
However, it's important you go to a doctor to weigh out an actual physiological urination problem.

 

You are right, for now i think it's because of nofap, many people reported this.

If the thing will last too much i'll go see a doctor.

How long do you think this will last. I’m at about 74 days. I know you said up top that you actually got rid of a stressful situation so I thought that meant PMO..
