frequent urination

This is same as me, no idea why. I also keep feeling like I need to pee when I don't. Be interesting to know why.

 

Possibly, it'll more likely be due to semen retention rather than abstaining from porn. It might just be a feeling that's caused by being backed up and makes you need to pee.

 

Is Part of Reboot

 

Yes had a Time in reboot where i have the feeling to pee Every 20min. I think 3-7days it Go away. Have a Nice Ride on nofap dont focous on this pee Stuff Time is your friend.

 

Think mine has improved a bit, it was worse yesterday and day before. Better today.

I have this along with other horrible symptoms already for 8.5 months. Reboot is different for everyone. Can range from a month to 1+ year.

 

Have your prostate checked.

 

Frequent urination is a common withdrawal symtptom not only with porn but also with other drugs like benzos. You can get your prostate checked but your doctor will probably find nothing wrong. This is a very typical situation where people get checked by many doctors but nobody finds anything. I've have been checked by EVERY doctor possible. Brain, bowel, prostate, teeth, ENT. Not one doctor found anything except for the vitamine d3 deficiency, which I fixed very quickly.

I am 28 now. Started with 15. I am 28 now. Really binging from age 20-27.

 

When you guys say frequent , is it just the number of time or you actually go a high volume of urine? I seem to go every hour with clear urine and full volume. Tested for other things ll were normal.

 

I would say frequent like every 30 minutes or so. You also need to take into account your daily water intake and caffeine also.

For instance I drink about 4 cups of coffee in the morning, and that is a diuretic, also I drink a lot of water, sometimes with lemon juice, and take turmeric and ginger capsules at times, all them are diuretics which means basically it makes you pee.

But there was times I noticed during reboot of frequent urination and being thirsty a lot. Especially with clear urine and drinking plenty of water, odds are it’s withdrawal symptoms. If it’s lasting along time, like everyday for several weeks, of it makes you feel more comfortable, you could get checked out.

 

My urination volume greatly vary day by day. Some days I have to about 20 times and full bladder each time around 3 litres in a day and urine is clear each time. And some days i go about 4 to 5 times. Anyone had similar experience. I’m so tired of it now

 

When I have this excess Horne sometime I see urine is frothy. Anyone elae

 

Same I’m on day 8 and starting to need to feel like wee much more often
