The fact that you decide to post here shows that you consciously have decided to really give up this addiction. You might not know how it feels like to be freed from daily PMO, but I can tell you that you feel better. When you have an urge, force yourself to remind yourself of your good resolutions. Finding something else to distract you can help (I know, easier said than done). The easiest way to do it is to write here and free yourself from your thoughts until your urge disappears. Good luck !

I fapped yesterday but today, I finally got really sick of faping all time while wathing disgusting porn movies...
