I am Haidhar , I am from India and my age is 16 years and I am badly addictied with porn and masturpation .And because of that addication I didn't concentrate in my life and my health...I saw many people's around me that there life totally destroyed because of these addictions and they can't do any thing... but instead of helping, they criticize.And blame us that you are not a good person because you are addicted with this bad things..But no one tells why it is not good and how to recover with these things..And people also afraid of sharing all this is because of the mind set of the people that if they share these things then no one will like them and everything will be ruined.And my mindset also like that ..I was addicted with these things because of my few dirty mind friends and because of these things they stuck in that and destroyed there life ..But finally I relished and tried to quit myself alot but was unsuccessfull so I search in YouTube and see many people's who recovered with this addiction with the help of this website community and specifically they recommend monk moad .. so finally I get confident and motivated that I also recover with these things..
