Sure - but do you think replacing PMO with substance abuse is healthy? Don't get me wrong, I love getting high and drinking - but I don't do it to cope with addiction. I do it sparsely for recreational use, and typically with other people so it counts as quality time spent building connections with others. Getting high and drunk all day by yourself sounds like a sad life.

 

I have to be hyper sober for work or else I get fucked. So I’m doing the opposite and quitting.Although I wrote this while smoking.
