I will say that watching porn brings lots of side effects psychologically and physically but chemically, porn and cocaine give about the same type and extent of pleasure (dopamine release). It is no wonder that you have gone six months without porn because you have substituted it with another drug. At the end of the day, you have started a new addiction.

When you looked at your dad's phone accidentally, that triggered your mind and you remembered that this is another way to get pleasure. There is scientific research that proves that porn acts like cocaine and other drugs. Get rid of cocaine before that becomes a problem.
