Procrastination and escapism are my life's biggest challenges. I have almost always let things for the last minute and this has led me to become a less than mediocre student and employee. Are there any former major procrastinators here that were able to turn their lives around? How have you done it?
I'm definitely guilty of trying to over compensate the unproductive days by creating unrealistic To-Do lists that also never get done. I will try to build up on smaller victories from now on. Thanks for the knowledge man.
Have rules and have consequences for breaking them, my rule is to study 2 hours per day by a certain time of the day, if I don't do it I'm not allowed to use my phone or the internet for the next 3 hours, going out doesn't count.
