Hi, I'm a new guy here.

I was just looking for advice about how other people have overcome porn addiction. We've all struggled and relapsed, but I'm wondering...
To all the people who were once addicted but aren't now (or at least have made it a while without porn) what changed?
What allowed you to finally break free? What worked for you that made you finally able to quit?

I would love to hear from you guys.

It depends on what you regard as break free. I'm nearly 4 months in hard mode and don't think for a second that I have overcome addiction.
What has changed? I don't know. I was so sick and tired of numbness, brain fog, anxiety, depression and low energy compulsive PMO produces or worsens, that I just quit. Side effects were hellish, much, much worse than my past two 90 days streaks, but I endorsed the pain. I have implemented a vigorous training regime during my reboot to get my dopamine fix from exercise rather then mb or sex and it worked. Cravings for PMO were completely gone after few weeks of training. I'm not counting days anymore as I've decided to quit porn and masturbation forever. Counter is just a reference while doing a hard mode reboot.
