It gets better. Ive tried reading on ybop and nofap and people w pied dont really talk about success often. I thought there was no hope & have considered greatly to quit. But there is hope.

You will (or have) noticed when hardcore quitting porn, porn thoughts will fade and past thoughts of healthy sex drive will slowly reappear.

The #1 thing that helped me was taking a huge risk. That is telling somebody about my PIED and bc of her ive made alot of progress amd successfully have had sex. Just do this into a good streak.

Although I've had sex successfully (which i thought would never happen deep into porn depression) my intention isnt to brag. My hope is to inspire others in healimg from PIED. Important to note i had MAJOR PIED.

This isnt a success story post bc i still have some healing to go, im average perhaps a bit below average at sex. Im still re-wiring from poen abuse. But if anybkdy has any qiestions feel free to PM me
