    I’m 18 years old, I’ve been watching porn since I was 11. I recently got a girlfriend and I realized some things that are off about me. I rarely get a full on erection when I’m around her, even when we kiss, French kiss, when I’m touchy touchy with her, nothing I get nothing out of my penis. I haven’t watched porn in 13 days. My sexual libido is low and my dick is dead I’ve gotten one erection today that lasted seconds today. Is this a flatline? Will my ED ever go away? I want to have erections for my girlfriend it gives me so much anxiety.

    It will go away in time but porn can't be in your life, not even a little bit. You started at 11 which is very young, back when your brain was extremely impressionable so it might take a while to reverse. It may hurt now but at 18 you have so much time ahead of you, just focus on that.

    For sure. Avoid porn at all cost. It is going to take a while for you to get back to normal, and it will absolutely not be fun. You are young, so start the process now and look forward to all the good years you will have after you finish your reboot. Your 20 year old self will thank you.
