For newbies

Dear newcomers,

Welcome to NoFap. When I read your introductions, I find so many "varieties". Some of you are serene, some in sheer desperation. But all of you definitely want to end up porn and fapping, you are convinced this is bad for you. I won't explain about why. As for me, I did it as a boy, for about 5 years, I began improving my prayer life and that was the end of my M habit. Well, those were ancient times, today's technology had not really started or developed.
After being a student for priesthood in several countries of Latin America and Europe, I ended up being a Lawyer and getting married. Then, some institution proposed me to be a "preceptor" (that´s the word they use) for students in their teens, in a highschool run by this Institution of the Catholic Church.
I accepted and did this job gladly and successfully for 8 years in a row. Now I am retired, have plenty of time and can use it for helping men younger than me in this kind of problems, contained in the PMO initials.
