Food we eat can make us vulnerable

    Greetings everyone,

    i didn't read any articles or testimonies about how food you eat affcets your urges and your struggle with PMO. But i read dozens of articles about food which are aphrodisiac.

    Every experienced fapstronaut says you have to avoid situations and triggers which lead you to PMO. One of those stuff is definetly what we eat. Food we eat makes changes in our organism.

    Some food makes are more vulnerable to PMO.

    First thing is chocolate. It is an aphrodisiac.

    Also good thing to do is to feast once a month or once in 2 or 3 months. One day (24 hours) you should only eat little bread and drink water. You ''ll get benefit from that not only for your PMO struggle but also your body gets ''cleaned'' from toxic.

    You shouldn't feast if you are in bad health.

    Here is list of aphrodisiacs (stuff we should avoid as much as possible)

    asparagus
    chocolate
    avocado
    almonds
    basil
    figs
    garlic
    oysters
    honey
