Fluctuating emotions and creativity?

I don't know if this is the effects of PMO, but I experience quite the mood swings and high lows and creativity.

I've been starting writing recently, and one minute I got a strong idea, the next it all flops. It's like, any high "positive emotions" will drop.

When writing itself, I have occasional distractions from my PMO fantasies, causing imbalances to my thoughts and concentration. I had too much imagination sometimes, so that's why I moved towards writing to let it out, but the "PMO" fantasies are still there.

Even writing itself became numb, and only PMO is what makes me happy. I start to lose motivation to write if I relapsed, and it's scary. I wanted to write, it's a soothing activity, but PMO is the crisis on the loose.

There may be other factors at play here, but I'm sure excessive PMO and brain imbalances is one of the reason.

  2. Welcome to the world of dopamine!

You see, the reason why you loose focus and motivation to write is because your brain doesn't release as much dopamine for this hobby of yours as it does when you PMO:ing. Your brain loves to see nudity and if you do it very regularly your brain will release high doses of dopamine while you watch porngraphic contant and orgasm. Writing is not as rewarding for it and it won't enjoy doing it.

To get back the motivation and focus on your hobbies again, you need to get rid of the PMO. As long as you continuing, your brain will never be able to reboot to the better. It's not you as a person who get those feelings about your hobbies, it's your brain that is making a hard time for you.

Addiction = unbalanced dopamine level more or less. If you do your hobbies more and stop PMO:ing, your brain will slowly start to forget the bad habits and begin to enjoy your real hobbies instead.
