i know it happened to all of us , everyone of us in someway in one stage of his life was addicted to pornography. in real life , no one will admit that cause it will destroy their reputations .that is another problem . .i was started young at 14,i used to repeat the kissing senses in movies again and over again . that was the beginning , i wish i never did that , i never knew that i have porn addiction and masturbate until it became unbreakable habits . when i tried to stop it , it increases over time . i tried everything but ......(u know the whole story)..it happened to all of us. Apart from that , i did many mistakes , the worst one : repeat all mistakes over and over again. i am lost . i was depressed, sad , got bullied , weak personality, lack of self-steam , making excuses , no friends , . i thought i was the smartest guy who ever lived but all results proof the opposite . i am far way from god , i hope one day i will be close enough to him. i want to change my life , simply by changing my actions . i wish the best to all of you . good luck with you lives.
The habit is not unbreakable. It is very breakable. It is possible for you to quit porn, but it's very challenging. You have to take things one day at a time. If you do that, you'll realize that it's not actually impossible at all. If you can quit PMO for one day, you can quit for two. If you can make it two days without PMO, you can do four. If you can last four days without PMO, you can make it one week. If you can make it one week, you get the picture. Don't give up! We're here to support you.
