First timer here.

Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself to the forums, and basically come to terms with my addiction. I'm 30, been using porn and masturbation since I was about 12 or 13. After multiple attempts to quit porn on my own, I'm committing to the process of retention and rebooting here, and I want to thank you all for the support.
