    Hello, Fapstronauts!

    After browsing the NoFap subreddit for a couple weeks, I decided it was time to make a change and improve my life. I have wasted countless hours watching pornography that could have gone towards improving my health and well-being. I know this challenge may be difficult but I am ready to give it a try! I am choosing to abstain from pornography and masturbation for one month, but I hope to extend that goal in the future. I look forward to learning more about this community!
