Hello, I am 41 married with children. I have a problem with P and M. It has caused major trust issues between me and my wife as I have promised I would stop before and could not. I use PM to deal with stress in my life and to escape. I am encouraged by what I see on this site. I have started a PM reboot and hope it will help.
