First Stop: 1000 Hours

I've always wanted to get rid of this addiction to porn or masturbation... I want to have full control of myself and my impulses.
I would like to achieve this goal for at least 21 days straight to the 1000 hours, I am 25 years old and this point in my life everything is going so fast and I just feel I am wasting my time watching porn or masturbating when I could be doing something else.. something that helps me in being a greater person, a better version of me.
So here we go guys!!
