First relapse

    So i did no PMO for 24 days(first time doing it, can tell it guys, I felt alot of great shit happening in my life and in my brains), then relapsed, because I though myself that I can do it and I already made enought for my brains (i came to this conclusion after watching some dan bilzerian snaps, dumb me...), did it one time same day. Then day after it - my fatigue came out like hell, missed school, decided to miss gym too, ate alot of fucking chocolate for no f`ing reason, feeded my addiction - smoked weed, and relapsed second day again... Can believe it that maximalist me became minimalist me in just one night, now I am deciding to start it all over again and call it my first relapse, trying to hop into maximalistic train again.

    Now after first pretty well streak I see new difficulty , what is the best time to let myself stop doing no PMO streak and relapse or check my own brain if its changed?

    24 days is a very high mark. Make sure you go more than that after relapse again.

    Keep in mid that after relapse, the normal thing to do is going and PMO 4 times in a row. Try to avoid that for not being at the very start again. If you relapse, dont mean that your brain hasnt do any work, in fact, 1 PMO not stop completely your rewiring process.

    If you dont PMO for 1 month and relapse, it means your brain already do some healing. If you start to PMO over and over, you will get to the start line.

    Thanks for help man, but is it good if i try to be maximalist while no PMO, will I wont be able to make some kind of brain overdrive and go lazy again but faster?

    It works different from every person, but the core of exit is the same for everyone.

    NoFap is about time and learning. The people who relapse over and over is just starting, this entire thing about not masturbate is about mindset and knowledge. The more you learn about this change of habit, the more you can hold on. Also mindset is pretty important, since is very very easy to relapse.

    You just need get a good mindset, then be positive in the learning you will get between relapses.

  5. Congratulations for achieving 24 days of no PMO. We indeed feel better when abstaining. But you don't made enough to clean your brain, because that is quite hard to us. Seems like you are simliliar to make(like smokeing weed, chocolate, dan bilzerian lol), so my tip is to avoid that triggering content of instagram. The best time to learn is now. Let your life be PMO free, because that's what we want! And don't relapse dude. Your brain chemistry will not change at all. You only will give less stimulus to it...
