    I am 36 year old woman, and I have been hooked on porn and masturbation since I was 13.
    I have a friend with similar issues that I met recently, and we helped each other with accountability for about a month. When that stopped, I really went off the rails and I know I need to change and get help. That friend actually led me here, and I am hoping this will help.
