    Hello,
    I'm new to this and not quite sure what to write. I've realized that I have an addiction to porn and masturbation. It's causing an emotional disconnect in my mind and I can't connect with my loved ones or with myself in the way that I want to. I need a community to make myself stronger and better able to abstain in order to live a more fulfilled life.
