First day

    Hey,
    Well the first day with #nofap made me think deeper in my problems. It's really a nice platform to interact and share our thoughts.
    As a decided to get rid of porn , the first day was a difficult one , I had a lot of sexual thoughts running in my mind but then I started to count numbers 100 to 1 to change my state of mind. Happy it really worked to control my emotions. Hope to do best further.
