Hello to all: This is my first post. I am a 56-year-old man and I have been masturbating for about 44 years, about 40-42 of those with a regular supply of pornography. I have been trying to stop almost since I started. I was a regular at SA meetings for several years but that was several years ago now. I stumbled across the YBOP site and immediately became intrigued at the possibility that I could finally break free of my addiction. Was working with a therapist who suddenly had some emergency medical condition arise and had to leave his practice for an extended period. I had 3 weeks time when I relapsed again. Since the advent of the smartphone I have developed porn-induced ED. I am desperate to quit this.
