First 2 Weeks No PMO - Amazing Results

    Hi All,

    It’s nice to be here, this community helps all of us get to know facts and experiences.

    I decided to quit porn and I did for a month a go and keep masturbation a transition to make it easier until quitting masturbation for 2 weeks.

    Results I’ve seen:
    1. Better sensitive penis: enjoying every moment of masturbation.
    2. Erection is strong even with movement. Including standing up or laying down.
    3. Morning erection came back and gets stronger everyday.
    4. Being active all the time even after my first 14 days relapse from only masturbation. >> this potentially increased confidence and I noticed it versus bad feelings after porn!

    I will go ahead and take another longer period of 30 days and honestly guys, I feel like even if you relapse from only masturbation, it shouldn’t affect that much versus porn, because I reduced the time I have orgasims from multiple times a week on porn to 1 time after 2 weeks and only masturbation!

    It just makes sense to me things should get better!

    Now this doesn’t mean masturbation is necessary but I believe that it will potentially be a lot beneficial to see this improvement get further better after 30 days then 90 days then 6 months. I consider this training myself to recover physically and mentally of no PMO as the main goal.

    Want to mention two amazing supplements that helped me to notice these changes and could help you to notice improvement like mine as well.

    I’ve been taking a lot of supplements and didn’t help that much but this time I finally found the ones. Lot of youtubers usually mention Ginko, ginseng, and other supplements. But I found herbal and natural supplements that I think they helped me a lot during this 14 days period.

    1. Damiana: targets your libido and alleviating problems of achieving and maintaining erections as well as reducing stress and lot of other amazing benefits.
    2. Tribulus terrestris: helps increase sexual desire, erection, libido, and orgasmic function.

    The best form of those two are capsules not powder.

    Now you may find some articles on these say no clinical trials have been conducted for both herbal supplements but trust me, I noticed an improvement compared to quitting alone.
