First of all, sorry for any mistakes I make. Apart from your feedback in questions of NoFap, feel free to give me any advice concerning my English.

I am 36 old man living in Germany, who tries to start a new life. Two years ago, I decided to study again and become a teacher. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Porn affects my life for over 20 years in a negative way. I am still a virgin. There are other reasons for this frustrating situation, but I know that my addiction to porn is one of the most influential ones. I try to overcome my addiction now for your years. I am aware that all the effort I make to start a new life will be in vain, if I do not succeed in quitting porn.
