Have been following nofap for a longtime and finally decided to be a part of the community. I think its finally time to seriously begin my nofap journey.Tried nofap many times but kept relapsing. Thanks for your support. I have recently started doing light excercises and also trying to gain as much information as I can on this enemy called PMO. Any advice would be appreciated.
