Finally Created an Account

Hi all,

I'm a 36 single guy (never married) and I've been a follower on here reading about the process. I've tried in the past to do this on my own and failed after a month and gave up. Recently I have decided to turn over a new leaf and try again as an effort to better myself, as I am disgusted and ashamed. I am 16 days without P and up until 4 days ago no MO. I am trying to free myself from this 20+ year addiction. I feel that my anxiety and shame is what keeps me single, while all my peers are married with kids. My goal is to free myself and find a woman that will have me. I welcome guidance and appreciate all that I have read here so far.
