Finally completed 30 days, some advice

Hi everyone, I recently completed 30 days on nofap and am feeling ecstatic. I am gonna describe my small journey so far. During the first few days relapse seemed imminent and after many days of self control, on the 19th day I relapsed. Felt terrible about it and this was a turning point. From that day onwards I decided whatever happens I will never put hands on my dick again. I started over and completed my 30 days. Yesterday I talked to a female after 2 years. I was that socially anxious, but now I feel more confident. Believe me the longer you stay, the more you reap. Looking forward to 1 year.
Some advice:-
This may sound awkward, but it's true. Relapse, yes relapse until you develop a mind that won't think of fapping again even if a pornstar is in front of you. You're gonna get urges, but remember 'relapse may seem imminent, but it is not this day'. And finally when you pull out your dick to fap, remember that God gave man a dick to put in in a pussy, not in your palm. You're better than that. You are responsible solely for your destiny.
