Hey guys i have my final exam for a college summer course. The thing im worried more than the exam itself is that i PMO after every exam i take to release my frustration. It's not intentional but it just happens and i've tried so many things before but i still did it. Any suggestions this tome around?
its not intentional? do you become possessed after an exam? find something else to do. I don't know how your working your PMO addiction or fighting it, but yes there will be temptations and habits that you have to break and its not easy. You know what the right thing is to do... good luck
