I have been addicted to Porn , Sex, Masturbation form a very long time. However am very social and do often meet women, whether in a bar or online (then meet in person) so I have a decent sex life however internet porn is still the priority. If often like to order cosplay stuff online and have women wear it for me, and often go through role plays. I like to film it too. Over the years this has caused issues of course. But after having sex with the same women a couple times I get bored and need this extra. I am fussy about these things. Even the wrong type of underwear will cause my erection to drop away. I think you will always get bored if you do the same things. And that's why people escalate toward more hardcore porn, we get bored and want more. I think accepting that you won't always get a better rush is a good start. And reducing the amount of sex can also help because you will certainly get more horny if you wait. For porn I know that if I binge watch I will need something really extreme to get aroused, but if I wait few days even vanilla sex becomes really arousing.
