don't underestimate this response in your behaviour. if you're not present to the moment chances are you're in fight or flight. You want to fight this feeling by fleeing or going somewhere else. Don't try to drown your sorrows. FEEL THEM. you are not your thoughts. become aware of that. The present moment when you're on nofap becomes very very powerful. Allow yourself to experience it.
