It depends on whether the fetishes are porn-induced or pre-existing. Pre-existing fetishes usually stay whereas porn-induced fetishes should disappear. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. If your fetishes are harmless (i.e. not harming anyone involved) then why not find a like-minded partner to indulge in it?
Thats a long time indeed. I've been watching from 17 y/o and I'm now 27. I've done a reboot about 1,5 years ago. Thought I was cured, I was wrong and started doing pmo again to some.
