Hi fellow fapstronauts, has anyone experienced being ill so late in a reboot stage? I was very sick first month of reboot, terrible headaches and zero energy, but things improved when I started with daily exercise routine. I've stopped exercising 3 weeks ago and I feel like having a flu now. Terrible headaches are back, joint ache and very low energy level. I went to a doctor, but he didn't find anything wrong with me, no angina or flu also my body temperature in completely normal. Could these still be delayed PMO withdrawal symptoms? The problem is I'm going on 14 days hiking trip tomorrow. I have no idea how will I be able to walk 25 miles a day. I bought a bunch of painkillers... hoping they will do the trick. My luck I guess
I often feel like I got flu when I feel stress. Sometimes I even measure my body temperature and it's always normal. Maybe you are nervous about your hiking trip, this is why you feel so bad? You think you won't be able to walk 25 miles per day because you already feel bad and it scares you even more.
I wish pain was only in my mind... I'm not scared of hike per se as I've daily cycled or run for at least an hour and went to a gym 3 times a week for 3 months. I'm physically more than capable for this hike when in healthy state, but with such headaches even falling asleep seems mission impossible and pain in my joints feels very real too. I even took helex, thinking it could be my nerves, but it did nothing for my headaches or joints. Quitting in not an option. I'm going on a hike no matter what, even if I capitulate and get stuck somewhere in Spain for 14 days.
Yesterday Even I felt same, I was feeling that I have flu and I had headache. Today i feel super fresh again, Its just a flatline I guess
