I think after a time it does. Right now not so much but I just started another reboot. I really think like everything surrounding this stuff relaxation can be trained into your brain. I think that meditation is great medicine...and the more you do relaxing things the easier your mind and body can slip into a relaxed state.
It has made my mind more relaxed and confident. I don't understand the physiology of it, although I have watched "Your Brain on Porn" I don't believe anyone knows the exact mechanisms just yet. For what it's worth: I don't pray or meditate, or any other bullshit like that. I just do a little more of the things I want to do every day. I face a little more fear every day, then it becomes less scary.
