    Why do I feel more tired than I did when I was masturbating... My confidence has improved but I don't if there is much point keeping this up as I feel so tired atm, I'm two weeks in and have blue balls all the time .

    Flatline bro, your energy will reduce it will last a bit of time nobody knows exactly how long. But you'll have copious amounts when you're out of the flatline! Like ridiculous amazing amounts of energy I've seen it. I can workout everyday and read a whole book easy everyday

    Can you explain it to me ? As I'm pretty pissed off atm! Stoppnig masturbation is supposed to help but all it's doing is making me really tired and lothalgic! I have to commentate on a football match tomorrow which could lead me to big things if it goes well! And I don't want to be all tired and groggy for it! Idk whether to masturbate!

    I feel ya.
    Masturbating will just push you further back in your rebooting goals, if you try working out a bit and meditating followed by a shower you should feel more energised!

    I'm actually dealing with energy levels drop too, dude if you can look past tomorrow and keep this thing going in the long run itll serve you, but in the short term itll disrupt your life and maybe your relationships with others, this is something that'll benefit you long term!

    My best advice is; workout with weigjts or do push ups, take a shower freshen up and meditate. Then give it your best shot!

    If you can avoid masturbating itd help you make the process shorter!

    It's dopamine withdrawal that makes you feel ' tired' a trick your brain plays to try and get you to jack off again because your brain knows its a safe behaviour and you feel good it doesn't like change. So you're feeling resistance and a mix of a lot of different emotions including apathy lack of interest, etc.

    It will pass! You need to do these awese activities like reading meditation and exercisr with lots of sleep to give your brain something equally as feel good (sort of) as porn. But its MUCH better for you and your character in the long term.

    If will disrupt life as you know it. It break you to rebuikd yku stronger.

    Pop your balls into a glass of cold water, it should help reduce the 'blue balls' phenomenon.
