    Its not the end of the world. Just start the reboot again and dont beat yourself up. Your a human being treat yourself as one.

    I have no guilt over relapsing but if I did I would look upon it like any over form of forgiveness. Acknowledge your mistake, then make a personal pledge to be better in future and then move on.
