Fear of sex?

    So, Im starting retaining, but I know that it will not fix my ED problem.
    I dont feel that my problem is with masturbation itself, but it is about fear of sex.

    So, wanted to ask if someone had this problem of anxiety with sex and how you fixed it.
    I will keep practicing NoFap.

    Maybe, hire a prostitute and tell her you want to fix your ED (they hear about this problem all the time) so yo wont fear embarresing yourself?

    Yes, my husband has this. He used pmo to escape, he thought once he got married he’d stop but instead found that he avoided sex because he was afraid. Lots of counseling, getting clean from pmo, and being willing to be uncomfortable is how he’s worked through it. It’s still hard for him to ask for sex, but he’s getting there. His group sessions have really helped a lot too.
