Well done mate! It's my first time back on track and I'm on day 7 trying to reach Saturday and same again. I intermittent fast and you're 100% right it does help keep your mind off of pmo but what I have noticed is once I eat my first meal especially carbs I get horny as hell. Keep up the good work.
