Fapping to porn causes delayed ejaculation

I had this happen many years ago when I was 21 years old. I was already fapping everyday to porn since 17. Problem was that I couldn't ejaculate on my first time with a real girl. At the time, I kinda knew it was because of porn and masturbation.

Since then, I've sort of cut down on porn which allowed me to regain my sensitivity. I've been single for a long time and a few years ago, I started seeing escorts, this went well because I was not longer masturbating as much as porn, so I actually could ejaculate on the escort's butt or mouth.

This past 12 month, I've cut down on escorts and only seen 2 this year. I cut down because is too much money, problem is since I'm single, is all back to masturbation and porn, so hold and behold, I developed delayed ejaculation again.

The recent escort I saw. I was pounding and pounding and didn't even feel like ejaculating and couldn't at the end, made up the excuse that I fapped in the morning lol which I actually did the day before

My only solution now is to limit masturbation to a couple of times a week and go from there. The most I can last without masturbating to porn is like 3 or 4 days. I figure if I do this, I would still see some benefit
