    I failed... I thought i will be able to match up with my Nofap and Sex part....But no after having sex....I had this huge dopamine hit that in the later part of the day, I just fapped....I can't even complete 7 Days of Nofap..It is really very shameful for me... Tomorrow is a new day...Trying to figure out my Weaknesses... Will study more about Dopamine Hits to control the dopamine hit that make me fail this nofap challenge....
