Eye contact

The eyes they say are the window to the soul. And yes, I've seen quite a good improvement in my eye contact. So much so, that when talking to a beautiful woman in the coffee shop the other day, I found myself holding too much eye contact. Women find this extremely attractive if you can do it calmly and confidently. Most men flinch from their beauty. What you are communicating with solid eye contact is that you believe in yourself, and this is communicated to her. It is seductive. And yes, Nofap, in my opinion, is key to this.

With eye contact, start small and work your way up;

1] Look at a stranger as they pass you on the sidewalk
2] do the same, say hello and smile.
3] Strike up a conversation with a stranger.
4] Do the same and work on increasing your eye contact.
5] And when you are finally comfortable with eye contact, do not over-do it. Find the 'goldilocks' zone.

I also have the same problem. But I cannot make eye contact with most people even though Im not an addict. Dont know why. When I was a porn addict it was really so much harrd to eye contact wd friends. Now I masturbate 2 or 3 times a week and struggling to quite it forever. .I know fapping also increases this problem. But im also naturally not so brave....
