Exsessive Fapping and Your Mind.

For the last couple of Days, I have always asked myself, every each Day, if I had already fapped or not.
When you fail so many Times and binge PMOed after a short Periode, you are unsure if Today is your next Relapse Day or not.
I experience Fear, the Fear to fail again and Paranoia is showing up that I forget to set my NoFap Day Counter to 0.
And yes I count my Days.
Who can relate to that Feeling?
