Do you think Kegels, Inverse Kegels and Pelvic Floor Muscles help with ED/PIED?

    It depends on the root of the ED.

    I'm sure having strong muscles down there doesn't hurt (I have also started to exercise them), but if ED is porn-induced then the problem is in our brain, not in our muscles or dick. We human beings just tend to seek out for easy solutions for our problems.

    I went through the information you have posted and that seems very interesting. I was very interested in finding of IC muscle that plays out the most in erection process. So it seems there are so many muscles involved in the process and exercise of Kegels what most of us is probably doing (those who start to exercise) we should be more aware of what we are doing.

    Seems you like are the most informed person over here and i would highly appreciate if you could make us all a quick tutorial of finding each muscle to train it in order to receover from ED/PIED.

    If i correctly isolated IC muscle yesterday i can confirm it might work wonders !!! I'm during flatline period mostly and its hard to get aroused, although there are some epiosodes of recovery (for example getting / erection weak but still / when saw highly hot girl in bikini on IG). So yesterday during quick trial to pla with IC muscles and little of imagination i got a realy bonner with erection at 95%. It was very close to the best of i can remember. If exercise of that muscle can bring back rockhard erectioins im all in! I start to exercise it everyday for at least 1-2 minutes and i hope to see results in two-three weeks.

    So, to sum up

    1. Please prepare quick tutorial how to isolate each muscle for training
    2. Please give us some advice how long / how many rep shall we do for each
